Do I need a paid plan to use ShipSloth?

No. The Free plan covers the whole non-AI toolkit forever and includes 200 starter credits to try the AI features. You only pay if you want a monthly credit allowance or more top-ups.

What happens when I run out of credits?

The free, non-AI tools keep working exactly as before. AI actions simply pause until you top up with a credit pack or your monthly allowance refills. Nothing breaks, nothing is deleted.

Do credits expire?

No. Pack credits, monthly allowances and your starter credits all stay on your balance until you spend them. Nothing is clawed back.

Am I charged if a generation fails?

Never. If an AI generation errors out, the credits are refunded automatically. You only pay for results.

Can I switch or cancel anytime?
